Selling Real Estate in Rotorua
Moving to Rotorua in 2006, I began my Real Estate career with the Professionals. I'm still here, and can't wait to get up each morning to do what I love doing - helping buyers and sellers achieve their Real Estate goals.
Rotorua is a fun, vibrant city of 70,000 residents, with numerous events happening year round. Attractions include thermal activity and hot pools, many lakes for boating and trout fishing, rivers for kayaking and rafting, and Redwood Forests for walking, running, or experiencing the world-class mountain bike trails.
As a "must do" in the tourist guide books, Rotorua has many international visitors come to experience the area and the scenic beauty here.
There's gondolas, luge rides, kiwi and trout viewing centers, thermal tours, Maori culture tours, farm experience centers, and many parks, cafes and restaurants to enjoy at the end of the day. Or for the younger ones, the Lava Bar night club, right next to the backpacker lodge!
Rotorua is very central, being on the main highway through New Zealand's North Island. Only an hour by car from beautiful beaches, and not much further to the mountains for fabulous skiing, there's no traffic jams, and it's a great place to live or have a holiday home.
